This week has brought me to the discovery that i really, REALLY want a house! :)
First-timer!
Well, Hello!
This is my very first blog entry of what I hope will be many. I am starting this blog to share things I find beautiful, interesting, inspiring etc. A couple months back i found a website that i feel brought me to realize what i truly love doing in life. Being creative. Pinterest exposed me to a world of crafts and home decor, beautiful photography, DIY and inspirational quotes that would help get me through the hardest of days. Recently I feel that things have gotten out of hand, and it is being "played-out". I have followers who follow to merely "like" and comment on my pins (sorta facebook-ish), rather than to use the website for the reason it was created, to build creative inspiration in us all! So i made a blog, and here i am.
I hope that this is going to be a great way for me to keep track of myself. To lay myself out there and show whoever wants to know exactly who i am and what i love. My boyfriend LOVES sports. and by being with him i began to ask myself "Shayla, what do you love?". Well here is my attempt at the answer to that. Funny how all this can be inspired by him. But he truly is my inspiration. He is the only person in my entire life who wants true happiness for me. I trust him with my entire heart and soul. My whole life. I want to be the best person ever for him. This is groundbreaking because i've lived my entire life doing the exact opposite. He is the most amazing man ever. I am the luckiest girl in the world and could ask for nothing more than to spend my entire life with him! :)
My kids are fantastic. They are two of the funniest lil critters you could find. They also inspire me to be great. They deserve the best and i strive to fulfill that for them. Khyler is 4 and will be turning 5 on December 17th. Lynaya just turned 3 on August 6th. I am far from the perfect mother, but i give it my all. i hope that through my trials and tribulations i can help someone else out along the way.
