It doesn't always rain in Seattle.

My family made the trip across the mountains to visit during their spring break. It was much needed. I miss them so much and things have been stressful at home and work, so it was a nice little escape. I didn't have to work Monday, so we drove to Marysville to go to the Seattle Premium Outlets and then made a stop in downtown Seattle before heading home. The weather was beautiful so it worked out well. We visited Rachel's Ginger Beer that we read about in the Seattle magazine back in November and we have wanted to go ever since. It was well worth the wait. The ginger beer was delicious and My brother and I both got a cocktail. They were very tasty! As we sat enjoying our drinks, I thought to myself how lucky I am to be in this city. I truly believe it is one of the most unique and beautiful cities in the US. I am proud to call it home. Here are some photos from the trip.
